BY LAWS

 

After making last year’s changes to the bylaws, it was decided that too many
bylaws have become obsolete, as far as the actual operating practices of the club.

The bylaws have been updated to reflect the current practices of the club and can be
viewed on the Club Web Site. A limited number of copies of the updated bylaws will
also be available at the annual business meeting.

A vote by members attending the annual business meeting on September 13, 2007
will ratify the new bylaws.

The board and officers approved the new bylaws at the August 16, 2007 Monthly meeting.
