On Thursday, January 19, 2010, the club took 48 people to Detroit’s Cobo Hall for the International Auto Show to see an array of future cars and trucks from all over the World. John Fox – Chairman
Once again the club put together another opportunity for you to meet and socialize with other retirees and spouses from our GM family early in the New Year. The Royal Scot Golf Course was again the location. This year we had 47 people take the opportunity, in the middle of Winter, to socialize with friends. The festivities started at 12 noon with the luncheon being served at 1:00 PM. At 2:00 PM, our guest speaker, Mr. Tom Doyle an attorney and President of the American Center for Estate Planning, gave us an informative speech on Estate Planning. Next year’s event has been scheduled for January 29, 2011. Hope to see you there !!! Al Stock – Chairman
We are scheduling a bus trip, to the Tiger’s game May 18th vs. the Chicago White Sox. Plan to park your car East of Building 70 @ 920 Townsend Street (same as Auto Show).
